The incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance of the general ledgers and preparation of monthly management accounts, preparation of monthly payments, invoicing and reconciliation of tenant accounts, management of insurance claims and maintenance of the insurance claims schedule, liaising with auditors and reviewing annual financial statements, assisting the finance team with projects and ad hoc tasks.

- Proficient Communication Skills
- Experience with Sage 300 is preferred.
