Accounting, Business Studies & Economics Educator
The Board of Governors is in search of a suitably-qualified, dynamic educator who is a strong believer in the
potential of every young person; who thrives on being innovative; who is excited to be involved in a school of the
future; who will understand the dynamics of working in a community-based school with great aspirations.
The applicant for this position should be:
• Committed to professional development and the honing of their teaching practice;
• Excited about working in an environment of collaborative planning and teaching;
• Passionate about education and have the relevant experience;
• SACE-registered;
• Computer-literate and able to integrate IT in the teaching programme; and
• Prepared to participate in pastoral, cultural and extramural activities of the College.
 Applicants should have a relevant BEd Degree/ PGCE
 Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years teaching experience
 Experience in teaching Business Studies, Accounting and Economics up to Grade 12 level
 IEB teaching experience is essential
 IEB Marking experience will be an added advantage
