Introduction
Ecowize is looking for a skilled and competent Admin Assistant who can oversee the administration for Pest Control and Hygiene.

Note that this is a contract position.

Specification
Job Specification:
•Manage the Planning , scheduling of all meetings and site visits.
•Control filing documents daily.
•Stock issues and stock control daily.
•Complete Operational documentation and procedures.
•Adhere to and promote the Company Value system by compliance with the Ecowize Way.
•Assist with service cards and submit to the Service Controller and Inventory controller to order stock and plan installation
•Manage Client Terminations
•Advise Finance of any billing changes required
•Prepare Site Maps for Pest Control
•To compile all IPM files and administrative requirements
•To manage online Q-Care files
•To manage Fixed Assets Register together with Inventory Controller
•To assist with additional administrative duties as requested from time to time
•Assist Internal Sales Administrator when they are not at work.

Requirements
Job Requirements:
•Grade 12.
•Must be a good communicator especially client level.
•Must be comfortable communicating with management and staff.
•Must reside in or around Parow Area or be willing to relocate.
•Good understanding and knowledge of the cleaning industry and service orientated.
•Logical thinker as well as strategic and organize
•Ability to solve problems efficiently and to be pro-active in identifying potential problems.
