ABOUTThe Intercare Hazeldean and Irene Hospitals situated in Pretoria seeks to recruit for an Admin Assistant. The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to Hospital Management.

- Build productive relationships with all stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to Hospital Management
- Marketing activities
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings of appointments
- General administrative tasks, including filing typing etc.
- Liaising with consulting room staff
- Management of correspondence
- Stock management and support
- Grade 12
- Office Administration qualification or equivalent
- 2-3 years working experience in a hospital or medical practice
- Previous experience within the healthcare industry advantageous
- Computer proficiency (MS Office) essential
