Admin assistant

Full-time

The primary role of this position is to perform different administrative activities of
the Faculty. The incumbent will provide professional office administration services
including being responsible for the organisation and co-ordination of office
operations, procedures and resources to facilitate effectiveness and efficiency.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• A relevant three-year Diploma or equivalent.
• Computer literacy (MS packages).
• A minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
• A combination of educational qualification and experience.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Provide photocopying and binding services.
• Ensure collection and delivery of mail.
• Record keeping.
• General administration and office management.
• Prepare boardrooms and refreshments as required.
• Client liaison with staff, students and external stakeholders.
• Completion of paperwork, filing, processing documents and recording
information.
• Communicating with service providers.
• Perform any other duties as delegated by the Line Manager.
