TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Clerk (Admin) within the Trade Division (Head Office) at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintenance and correction of cost prices for Trade branches stock
  • Invoicing of external rent
  • Ordering of fuel
  • Issuing of orders for expenses
  • Stationary control
  • Reconciliations of internal accounts
  • Compile monthly reports
  • Analysis of daily reports
  • Gather data for audit purposes

Qualifications and Skills

  • Matric / Grade 12 with Mathematics as subject
  • Relevant degree / diploma in Accounting (advantageous)
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Must be able to comply with deadlines
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • High attention to detail
  • Sound analytical ability
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within time constraints
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving skills
