Media24, part of the Naspers Group, touches the lives of millions of consumers every day through our online and print media, book publishing, online services and eCommerce platforms. We are looking for an Administration Clerk for the On the Dot division based in Ormonde.

The main purpose of the role
To provide an efficient administration service to the relevant department in order to
facilitate the effective operation of the department.

Key responsibilities
• Provide general administrative support to the relevant department;
• Provide support in connection with the preparation, collation and distribution of
documents;
• Perform data capturing as required;
• Create purchase orders as required;
• Take receipt of and send faxes and emails on behalf of the department;
• May be required to handle telephonic queries on behalf of the department; and
• Responsible for the filing of all documentation, as well as the maintenance of the
• filing system.

Requirements
• Grade 12 certificate
• 1 year of administrative experience
• Proficiency in relevant software packages and applications
