TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Admin Co-Ordinator within the Timber Division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • General administrative duties
  • Daily invoicing of clients
  • Capturing of invoices
  • Capturing of data
  • Debtors & Creditors reconciliation
  • Following up of queries
  • Compiling of daily reports
  • Ensure that proper accounting practices and controls are maintained

Qualifications and Skills

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Bachelors degree in finance (advantageous)
  • Computer literate
  • At least 2 years work experience in an administrative position and financial position
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deadline driven, good organizing and planning skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and under under pressure
