TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Admin Co-ordinator within the Trade Division at Pongola, KwaZulu-Natal.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Process purchase orders and invoices
  • Receiving of stock
  • Banking, sales, reconciliation
  • Prepare and capture reports and summarize data
  • General office duties including filing
  • Upkeep and maintain archive
  • Handling of monthly stock take program
  • Assist cashiers regarding general queries
  • Cost and selling price correction preparation
  • Upkeep of delivery note books and key register
  • Follow up claims
  • Health and safety duties
  • Host auditors upon visitation and requests
  • Recon poison register
  • Ensure company procedure is adhered to
  • Order yearly protective clothing for shed staff
  • Approve company orders, credit notes and discounts
  • Process EFT’s and UIR’s

Qualifications and Skills

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Computer literate
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
