RECEPTIONIST : INTERCARE MANAGED HEALTHCARE

Intercare Managed Healthcare Medical and Dental Centre situated in Lynnwood, Pretoria seeks to recruit for a Part-Time Admin Coordinator.

The focus of this position is to provide professional customer service by Coordinating patient data administration process.

CRITICAL OUTPUTS

  • Provide efficient and professional telecommunication services.
  • Assist in coordinating workflow processes within the department.
  • Direct all queries to the appropriate location and appropriate Practice Manager.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Ensure that the data capturing reports are done timeously and accurately.
  • To refer all queries to the reporting Line Manager.
  • Ensure all information on the Database is captured within required time frames.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12
  • Administrative experience.
  • Previous experience in a customer focused service environment will be advantageous.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office).
  • Intermediate/ Advanced Excel skills.
  • Good Communication skills.
