REQUIREMENTS
1. Work Output Description
Provide broad administrative and secretarial support in order to maximise the effectiveness of the team leader and team.

2. Minimum Requirements
– Grade 12 /Matric certificate or Equivalent
– Minimum of 1 year Qualification in Admin, Secretariat and/or HR field is essential
– 1 Year experience as an administrator

3. Advantageous
– Knowledge of HR systems and related legislation

4. Skills and Knowledge
– Computer Literacy (MS Office, MS Projects, SAP)
– Report writing and minute taking skills
– Interpersonal, planning and presentation skills
– Time management and administrative skills
– Sense of accountability and responsibility
– English literate (Speak /read/ write)

5. Physical/Legal Requirements
– Clear Credit / Criminal Record
– Obtain medical fitness certificate
