Job Description

  • Type correspondence, reports and other documents
  • Maintain office files
  • Take minutes at meetings and distribute minutes accordingly
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipment
  • Assist Branch Manager with ad-hoc duties and responsibilities
  • Maintain and ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of bathroom, kitchen, server room, meeting room & boardroom
  • Maintain & Update Information Board
  • Coordinate & maintain personnel schedule, working hours & leave roster
  • Any additional duties as requested by Management
  • Register of all IT issues & problems – coordinate with consultants
  • Control of staff refreshments & cleaning material
  • Order & control of all document printing (invoices, credit notes, transfer docs)
  • Control of copiers, toners end printing paper
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of desk & office space
  • Ordering of Groceries and other essentials
  • Other Admin duties as required by Management

Additional information about the position: 

  • Syspro experience will be an advantage
  • Candidate needs to be computer literate
  • Candidate preferably needs to reside in the East Rand area, close to Wadeville, Germiston
  • Overtime work will be required due to operational requirements
  • Saturday and Public Holiday work will be required according to a roster system
  • Candidate will be required to partake in all relevant stock takes at the Branch
