Job Description
- Type correspondence, reports and other documents
- Maintain office files
- Take minutes at meetings and distribute minutes accordingly
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment
- Assist Branch Manager with ad-hoc duties and responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of bathroom, kitchen, server room, meeting room & boardroom
- Maintain & Update Information Board
- Coordinate & maintain personnel schedule, working hours & leave roster
- Any additional duties as requested by Management
- Register of all IT issues & problems – coordinate with consultants
- Control of staff refreshments & cleaning material
- Order & control of all document printing (invoices, credit notes, transfer docs)
- Control of copiers, toners end printing paper
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of desk & office space
- Ordering of Groceries and other essentials
- Other Admin duties as required by Management
Additional information about the position:
- Syspro experience will be an advantage
- Candidate needs to be computer literate
- Candidate preferably needs to reside in the East Rand area, close to Wadeville, Germiston
- Overtime work will be required due to operational requirements
- Saturday and Public Holiday work will be required according to a roster system
- Candidate will be required to partake in all relevant stock takes at the Branch
