Job Advert Summary Hello…an exciting new opportunity has just become available in our Hollard Life Solutions, Operations (Front Office) area. We are looking to recruit an Administrator. Ensure the on-boarding of all applications received by Hollard Life Solutions and ultimately full book policy fulfillment. Ensure that all servicing of those policies are completed correctly and efficiently. Actively participating within the new business team, assistance with all operational tasks to ensure that service deliveries are met. Ensure that Hollard’s goals are met as well as the team’s goal. Key Responsibilities • Retain customers through quality service delivery, adhere to Service Level Agreements and adhere to quality requirements. • Eliminate unnecessary errors that could lead to a financial and reputational loss for Hollard Life Solutions. • Adhere to TCF principles and be customer centric. • Build sound working relationship with colleagues and other stakeholders. • Make a number of complaints related to job performance. • Assist with testing of new systems and contribute ideas to system and process improvements. • Meet Defined Targets. • Process all decision effectively and efficiently. • Vigilantly put policies on book. • Actively participate in the buddy system. • Actively and positively contribute to the success of my team. • Display a working knowledge of the Hollard Life product range and all other products that we administer and of my team errors to be eliminated in normal duties. • Adhere to SOPS (Do not deviate from the processes, practice notes and business rules that have been put in place). • Implement and adhere to all business rules.
Required Knowledge and Experience • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. • 12 months or more experience in a similar role. • Proficient computer skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Organizational and time-management skills.
Educational Requirements Matric/NQF 4 equivalent qualification Higher certificate FAIS Accredited qualification advantageous
