Accurately capture and check new business documentation.
Ensure adherence to SLA on all instructions to process.
Accurately apply legislative requirements to all new business cases captured.
Attend to all calls and email queries in a professional and friendly manner in order to provide an excellent client experience.
Investigate client queries within the agreed service level and ensure that client receives timeous feedback.
Provide accurate information to clients and stakeholders in order to ensure that the client receives the appropriate post sales services.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders.
Deliver on service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed.
Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback, and provides exceptional client service.

Minimum of one-year administrative experience in an investment service environment
Proficiency in data capturing
Knowledge of LISP and long-term insurance products and services (preferred)
