Job Purpose:

  • Provide administrative support with reference to the Rewards program, petty cash payments and bulk mail.

Job Outputs:

  • Adhere to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures.  Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance
  • Capture and submit Rewards payments for approval.
  • Resolve member Rewards queries.
  • Process bulk mail orders.
  • Issue and balance petty cash payments.
  • Complete Individual Development Plan. Attend learning and development courses.
  • Participate in peer and team learning initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Matric

Experience:

  • 1 year of Industry and Financial related.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Interpersonal relations, communication skills.
  • Computer literacy.
