- Provide administrative support with reference to the Rewards program, petty cash payments and bulk mail.
- Adhere to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures. Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance
- Capture and submit Rewards payments for approval.
- Resolve member Rewards queries.
- Process bulk mail orders.
- Issue and balance petty cash payments.
- Complete Individual Development Plan. Attend learning and development courses.
- Participate in peer and team learning initiatives.
- 1 year of Industry and Financial related.
