REQUIREMENTS
1. Work Output Description
Responsible for assisting in the controlling and supervising of the employee benefits team for the operations, to the prescribed standards.

2. Minimum Requirements
– Grade 12/Matric
– Finance/Human Resources/Payroll Certificate
– 3 years Human Resources/Payroll experience
– 3 years SAP HR/Payroll experience

3. Advantageous
– Human Resources/Payroll Related Diploma

4. Skills and Knowledge
– MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– SAP

5. Physical/Legal Requirements
– Fit for Duty/Certificate of Fitness
– Clear Credit/Criminal Record
– Code 08 Driver’s License
