 The Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of agents, helping them to meet targets while reviewing performance and providing guidance to ensure continuous improvement.

Skills required:

  • Minimum three years Contact Centre / Call Centre Management experience
  • Commitment to hitting targets
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Resilient, Ambitious, Target Driven
  • The ability to lead a team and to build strong working relationships
  • The capacity to make quick but rational decisions
  • Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently while achieving company goals and targets
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and qualify their requirements

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Setting of targets / goals for individuals as well as for the team
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets by driving and achieving set KPI’s
  • Staff Management
  • Handling customer escalations
