You will be studying a Call Centre 3 learnership at the same time as getting paid work experience in the Qurius call centre. The call centre work that you do will be outbound sales, mostly for vehicle and home insurance but will also get exposure to selling voice, data, and fibre services. This is the starting point of a career path into being a team leader, sales specialist, manager or quality assurance agent.
Qurius is a South African company that uses marketing, data science, and relationship management to help international companies run effective campaigns. They have contact centres in Durban and through their partnership with the BPO Skills Academy and the National Skills Fund, they are expanding their operation to the Western Cape. They are the host employer for these 100 call centre learnerships.
