Supervisor Cash Processing Durban
Reporting to the Branch Manager
The above position is vacant at Durban, reporting to the Branch Manager and Cash Pro Regional Manager.
The overall purpose of this position is to maintain the entire daily operation of the branch and to ensure all deposits has been processed, staff is managed as per contractual agreement between the parties and daily report submitted accurate timelessly.
Matric (Grade 12)
Must be able to function in a stress full environment with daily challenges
Excellent people management skills
Excellent time management skills
Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):
Processing of clients funds
Management of staff members
Accepting overall responsibility for the centre and its performance
Time and attendance
Daily stock control, submissions
Monthly stock orders
Daily operational requirements
- Communication skills
- Work long hours
- Work under pressure
- Customer focus
Other personality attributes:
Must be able to multi task
A hands on person with exceptional time management skills
Must be able to address and resolve any staff challenges which may arise.
Must be TEAM player
