TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Clerk (Admin) within the Trade Division at Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Process purchase order and invoices
  • Receiving of stock
  • General administration
  • Sorting and storage of goods
  • Be willing to work overtime when required
  • Adhere to health and safety requirements
  • Generate quotations to clients
  • Generate invoices to clients
  • Assist with stock taking and stock control

Qualifications and Skills 

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Computer literate
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Valid drivers’ license
  • Experience in agricultural parts sales (advantageous)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be hardworking and be able to work under pressure
  • Sound product knowledge and selling skills (advantageous)
