Introduction
Our Johannesburg City Deep Cold Store is urgently looking for a strong individual with experience in a management role, in a high-volume colds store operation, within the food industry to join their team.

This position will be responsible to implement the colds store operational plan, manage, and oversee the cold store day-to-day operations, maintenance, control, and inventory of equipment which includes managing/overseeing health & safety, manage & monitor revenue, expenses, and preparation of budgets by investing in personal development, living the Etlin values, driving performance excellence and demonstrating exemplary leadership behaviours

Requirements
Minimum education (essential): NQF level 6 Diploma in supply chain, and/or distribution logistics and/or commerce
Minimum education (desirable): NQF level 7 Degree in supply chain, and/or distribution logistics and/or commerce

Minimum applicable experience: 5 to 7 years in a Management role or similar, in a high-volume colds store operation(+5000 pallet store), within the food industry.
Preferred nature of experience: 8 to 10 years in a Management role, in a high-volume colds store operation(+5000 pallet store), within the food industry.

Legal requirements and adverse working conditions:
Required to work in low temperatures (sub-zero)
Working long hours and weekends
Working at very high heights.
Keep focused under pressurised situations
Required to handle high volume of bulk and item picking.
Clear Criminal Record

Knowledge & Understanding (essential):
