The role of a Departmental Secretary is responsible for the maintenance of an accurate and confidential reception, as well as the provision of administration support to Manager and Department.
Other responsibilities include:
- Effective administration support
- Good Teamwork
- NQF level 5 (Tertiary certificate/ Diploma: Secretarial course)
- 3 – 5 years of relevant office administration experience
- SAP experience (preferably SAP MRC module)
- Computer literacy: Intermediate to Advanced proficiency of MS Office and MS Excel associated software and the ability to integrate information from various software packages.
- English literate (speak, read and write)
- Good communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Valid driving license
- Clear criminal record
- First Aide Certificate
