This customer focused individual will be required to offer support to the digital team in ensuring the co-ordination & delivery of all key platform & campaign performance measures & indicators. In addition, this analytical individual with excellent time-management skills will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and developing customer relationships
  • Project management

Qualification & Experience required:

  • Relevant tertiary degree
  • 2 to 3 years hands on experience in digital marketing & campaign management.
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing.
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, web traffic metrics & Google Analytics.
  • Experience with WordPress, Google analytics, and all social media channels.
  • Project management skills.
  • Power Point /KeyNote skills.
  • Experience with user journey mapping tools and workflow management & configuration
