ROLE SUMMARY
The incumbent is responsible for deliveries and collections for Netcare Jakaranda and Moot hospitals, but not
limited to.
KEY WORK OUTPUT AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
 Ensure deliveries are made timeously to the correct destination
 Manage the collection of items as requested
 Ensure confirmation receipts for delivery/collection are signed by the required person
 Ensure compliance with rules of the road at all times
 Ensure Hospital vehicle is cleaned daily and checks are done
 Ensure the maintenance of the vehicle is carried out on a regular basis
 Report any accidents immediately
 To assist with other duties when deliveries are not needed
 Assume responsibility for own personal and professional development
 Keep up to date with Netcare’s evolving policies and procedures
SKILLS PROFILE
EDUCATION
 Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.

WORK EXPERIENCE
 1-2 years experience in a similar position.
 Valid Public Drivers Permit.
 Valid endorsed South African Driver’s licence.
 Must be able to read road maps.
