Key performance areas
Driving the mobile clinic van for more that 100km per day.
To navigate AGYW (after receiving training).
To ensure compliance with COVID-19 regulations both at the hotspot and at the clinic.
Long periods of being on their feet and walking in the community at times.
Must be willing to participate in workshops and in the different research projects undertaken by the company.
Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
Required minimum education and training
Grade 10 (because of the needs of this project).
Code 10 with PDP.
Desirable additional education, work experience and personal abilities
Worked as a community mobilizer in a community-based organization for at least 6 months and have
knowledge of Sexual Health Education and HIV.
Good communication skills must be able to speak local language.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Adaptable, approachable, empathetic, and willing to take initiative.
Required minimum work experience
Grade 10 (because of the needs of this project).
