Job description

  • Manage and arrange servicing of vehicles as and when required
  • Manage and arrange vehicle COF inspections
  • Communicate with H/O with regards to outstanding licences and permits
  • Manage and Control Tyre stock
  • Obtain and manage purchase orders for all work required on vehicles
  • Manage diesel tank stock levels
  • Capture all diesel transactions
  • Investigate all fuel consumption discrepancies
  • Arrange and manage rental vehicles
  • Complete weekly and monthly reporting


  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Time management
  • Efficient, attention to details and accuracy
  • Proven track record
  • Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans
  • Knowledge of Fleet administration processes
  • Excel advantageous
  • Min 3 years in related field/industry (or similar)
  • Working knowledge of Fleet Administration
  • Working knowledge of Totams
  • In depth knowledge of Fleet inventory and associated terminology
