Job Description

The Growth Administrator will be responsible for training, customizing, and monitoring usage of product to ensure that a client doesn’t just buy the company’s product, but has a positive experience and that the client receives maximum value from it. This includes but is not limited to:

  1. Assists external clients in the implementation of the company’s technical systems/solutions
  2. Develop, schedule and conduct product training
  3. Evaluates client needs, and build solution on client’s pain points
  4. Defines and executes on delivery and implementation plans
  5. Provides training and end-user support during the implementation process
  6. Conduct monthly review meetings with client to assess ROI (Demonstrate value of product)
  7. Ensure the client is fully operational and upsell new products onto their fleet.


Our ideal candidate will have a good work ethic, possess practical problem-solving abilities, a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, be detail orientated and can work with little to no supervision. We are looking for a dynamic reliable administrator that will undertake administrative tasks ensuring that to our customer services consultant has adequate support and can work efficiently.
