1. Work Output Description – Provide effective driving skills to operate a heavy-duty vehicle to transport material. The operator must use the equipment effectively to ensure productivity and minimise working cost through an appreciation of maintenance needs and good operating practice. 2. Minimum Requirements – Grade 12 /Matric or Equivalent – Code 14 Driver’s Licence – 1-3 years’ experience as Heavy Vehicle Driver in mining environment or similar 3. Advantageous – Experience on operating Telescopic machine and Mobile crane. 4. Skills and Knowledge – Communication Skills – Interpersonal Skills – Basic Assertiveness skills – High sense of responsibility and accuracy – Adhering to Instructions and Procedures 5. Physical/Legal Requirements – Fit for duty/certificate of fitness – Clear Credit /Criminal Record
