PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Responsible for providing administrative support within the HR, Remuneration, IR, Training, OD, Payroll or Recruitment & Selection function. Has a good understanding of the range of connected HR disciplines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Grade 12 with a Diploma in Human Resources Management
Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR administration dealing with at least 50-100 employees
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office packages (with a strong Excel proficiency)
Reasonable knowledge of labour laws (BCEA, LRA, EE, SDA)
Organisational skills and ability to prioritise
Interpersonal with good communication skills
Strong emphasis on attention to detail
People orientated
