KZN Growth Fund is a private equity and private debt Fund based in Durban reporting to the KwaZulu Natal Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs (EDTEA). The Fund seeks to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified Human Resources Officer.
The ideal individual will be responsible with Human Resources Department administration. Give support in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Key Performance Areas:
•Provide support to the development and implementation of all HR initiatives and systems.
•Coordinate all recruitment and selection process for KGFT
•Assist with coordination of Performance Management contracting and reviews of KGFT.
•Coordinate Training and Development for the entity
•Maintain employee records.
•Manage Employee Wellness Program.
•Assist with administration of Employee Relocation.
•Provide coaching and guidance on HR policies.
•Analyse trends within KGFT in partnership with the HR Manager to develop solutions, programs and policies.
•Providing HR administrative support.
•Manage all Payroll Inputs for KGFT.
•Arrange HR related travelling and accommodations
•Minute taking for HR related committees.
•Actively participate in Occupational Health and Safety matters.
•Prepare and submit monthly HR reports and legislative reports
•Assist with internal and external HR audit
The following minimum requirements must be met in order to be considered for this position:
•Degree in HR Management
•Ideal – Honours in HR Management
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the managing a Human Resources Function
•Good understanding of HR policies and processes
•Sound computer literacy (word, excel and power point)
•Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
