Main Purpose:

To support line management in all Human Resources activities encompassing the development and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures of the company

Educational Requirements:

MINIMUM
National Diploma in Human Resource Management NQF level 6 or related equivalent.
IDEAL
Degree in Human Sciences or related equivalent
MINIMUM
Driver’s license
IDEAL
Training (On the job training should the present incumbent leave)
MINIMUM
VIP Payroll, Targeted Selection Recruitment methodology, Performance Management, IR, T and D, Job Evaluation and Grading
IDEAL
Experience (Minimum Experience required – type and number of years)

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years experience in human resources
