Installation Co-Ordinator

Fidelity Cash Solutions – CashMaster, Waltloo

Reporting to: Installation Supervisor CashMaster

The above position is vacant at CashMaster in Waltloo, reporting to the Installation Supervisor CashMaster CashMaster.

Arrange Site inspections prior to installation, arranging installations for direct clients as well as Banking clients. Follow up on inspections, contractors and installations. Arranging of CIT last collections for installations to take place.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric qualification (Grade 12)
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in Administration or related position
  • Good language proficiency
  • Must be well groomed
  • Diplomacy and tact when interacting with both internal and external people
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be Meticulous and attention to detail
  • Must have good organizational skills
  • Must be deadline driven
  • Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Must be a team player
  • Understanding processes and procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
  • Able to work effectively in a complicated environment with minimal management guidance/supervision


Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive)


  • Receive notifications from Key Accounts re installations (Direct and Bank)
  • Arranging of Site Inspections and installations
  • Logging, Updating and closing of Tracker Tickets for installations
  • Requesting availability of devices with Dispatch Department
  • Arranging of Installations
  • Follow up on installations
  • 21 Day follow up with client after installation
  • Upkeep of Installation Master List21
  • Compiling of Report and filing of paperwork
  • Uploading of clients on systems in use
