As an IT Project administrator, you will be assisting 4 project managers with critical administration required for their ERP implementation projects.
Enhance the reputation of SynergERP through delivering exceptional administration services to our Project managers, exceeding their expectations consistently and assisting them to deliver successful projects. Remain abreast with latest trends and technologies and apply them whilst assisting projects managers to ensure that our clients’ lives are made better through the application of technology. |

Requirements |
•Creating proposals and project estimates.
•Creation and upkeep of project documentation. •Invoicing and debtors management. •Assist the Project Manager with ad hoc project related tasks. •Reporting. •Assist with project governance such as filing, meeting minutes and reporting. •Flexibility is required as you would be dealing with different tasks on one day. •Schedule meetings, consolidate information for meetings, and ensure that actions are followed up as per the minutes And action list. •Experience in project administration or project coordination supporting. |
