We are looking for a dynamic reliable administrator that will undertake administrative tasks ensuring that to our customer services consultant has adequate support and can work efficiently.
Our ideal candidate will have a good work ethic, possess practical problem-solving abilities, a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, be detail orientated and can work with little to no supervision.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting and co-ordinate team activities
- Making travel arrangements for consultants and installers
- Handle phone calls and all related correspondence
- Dealing with customer queries
- Keep databases in check and in-date
- Resolving finance and billing queries
- Creating and presenting reports
- Providing support to the Customer Services Consultant and Manager
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of office management and accounting processes
- Hands-on experience with office management computer programs
- Detail Focused
- Outstanding Report Writing Skills
