Logistical Administrator

Fidelity Cash Solutions – CashMaster, Waltloo

Reporting to: Installation Supervisor CashMaster

The above position is vacant at CashMaster in Waltloo, reporting to the Installation Supervisor CashMaster CashMaster.

Organise storage and distribution of goods. In this role you will ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location on time. You will also be involved in stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric Qualification (Grade 12)
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in Logistics
  • Understanding of accounting processes and procedures
  • Advance level competence in Evolution, Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Good language proficiency
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
  • Must be well groomed
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Must be meticulous and attention to detail
  • Must have good organizational skills
  • Must be deadline driven
  • Diplomacy and tact when interacting with both internal and external people

 

Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive)

 

  • Complete billing files with transfer, signed delivery note & Tracker tickets
  • Get quote and book deliveries for ad-hoc stock to customers
  • Receive IBT on EVO & delete after delivery
  • Tax Invoice – before units are delivered
  • Journal all capex’s
  • Expense journal for Nedbank CUV robbery
  • Capture journal on cover page for capex
  • Ensure all capex’s get signed off and hand over to finance
  • Scan all capex and mail copies to Finance
  • Update tracker ticket with device SN, dispatch note, capex/ invoice and close ticket
  • Follow up on transfer not received from production/ Evan
  • Follow up on files not received from sales team
  • Keep all tickets updated and close them
  • Do capex report / Invoice report (Monthly)
  • Weekly Once off Fees Reports (all banks)
  • Weekly Trending Report
  • Weekly Supplier Report
