The primary purpose of this position will be to assist the Marketing team in achieving the marketing objectives by performing supportive tasks across the primary areas of social media space, assisting with strategic projects initiated to achieve sales targets.
The Marketing Co-ordinator will also support the work of the marketing manager directed at maximising company profits and developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns. The ideal individual
We are looking for a passionate professional who is interested in and understands branding, advertising and digital media. A creative, target driven individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills will be ideal.
- Degree in Marketing or Marketing Management
- Diploma Marketing / Marketing
- Diploma in Journalism / Public Relations
- 3 – 5 Years’ Experience in a Marketing department with exposure to brand management, advertising, promotions, and events.
- Sound knowledge of all social media platform with 1-2 years social media management experience
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign would be an advantage
- Youth marketing will be an advantage

Social Media Management: Social media management, tasks will include and will not be limited to Social media advertising, customer service, social listening, reporting, lead generation, manage and run social media events and budget management.
Branding: Assist with manage the brand’s promotional material and collateral.
Content management: source and create content for the band blog and social media platforms. Assist with PR as and when required.
Competitor analysis: social media competitor analysis and social media listening to contribute to the marketing campaigns.
Budget management: Social media budget management.
Campaign management: Manage social media campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and managing deviations from the budget. Research and stay up-to-date on new developments, trends and technologies within the digital space.
Digital campaigns: Assist with PPC campaigns ad and when required.
Reporting: provide monthly reports on the performance of social campaigns.
