Job Description

To deliver quality service to our clients, live the values of SNG Grant Thornton and align outcomes with the overall strategic objectives of SNG Grant Thornton. To create, deliver and optimise the communication and marketing enablement strategy for the firm, while driving the implementation of marketing programs working with strategic business partners.

  • Formulate together with Chief Executive office marketing and public relations strategy for the firm that will build and improve brand equity.
  • Execute overall Marketing strategy and activities within the firm
  • Manage and execute marketing and communications campaigns and projects for the firm
  • Utilise the current marketing tools and strategies and lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Manager the entire Marketing department budget
  • Brand custodian, protector and champion, e.g. Stationery branding, Brand image, the look and feel of proposals and tenders
  • Proofing of all artwork across the business
  • Brief, track, manage and approve design projects
  • Cementing of SNG Grant Thornton brand identity
  • Updating and further development of brand guidelines
  • Application Corporate Identity manual (dos and don’ts ; best of breed)
  • Assist / support other divisions within the firm with various projects and campaigns (e.g. Graduate Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Business Consulting, Social Media Comms, Webinars, etc.)
  • Management of relationships with external and internal stakeholders both internal and external, including international relations (Grant Thornton)
  • Track performance of all marketing campaigns
  • Manage and lead the studio and business development team (proposal tracking team)

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Business/Commercial degree
  • Post- graduate / Honours qualification an advantage
  • Digital marketing course preferable
  • 5 years in a similar role
  • Must have managed a team of creatives
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience working within a similar environment / professional services firm would be preferable
  • Excellent skill using MS Office suit and Internet Explorer
