Office administration manager

TCOE: Salary commencing from R840,607 Per Annum – Ref No: HSM 04/21 – Cape Town Civic Centre

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree
  • Minimum eight (8) years’ relevant experience
  • Planning and organising and diary management skills
  • Good communication and report writing skills
  • A valid driver’s licence (Code 8)
  • Computer literacy (MS Office Suite and SAP).

Key performance areas:

  • Directing the resources within the Executive Director’s Office
  • Designing, implementing and maintaining effective information management systems and processes
  • Conducting research and providing directed administrative support to the Executive Director: Human Settlements
  • Ensuring that office staff and resources are managed and optimally utilised to ensure optimal administrative functioning of the office
  • Advising the Executive Director on corporate and compliance standards and act as an interface within the directorate to ensure high level responsiveness from the office
  • Writing reports of various complexity on behalf of the Executive Director
  • Minute taking and managing the compilation and distribution of various agendas and Minutes flowing from relevant functional meetings
  • Attending to various communication matters as delegated/assigned by the Executive Director.
