LOCATION is : Provincial Office
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE
To provide office administrative support to the Provincial Office.
Coordinate Provincial Manager diary and provide secretarial
Coordinate travel arrangements for the province
Maintain electronic and manual filing system
Perform provincial compliance reporting and support tasks
Provide administrative support to the provincial office
Matric(NQF Level 4) and a Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Office
Administration and/or Secretarial Certificate
2 – 3 years Office Administration experience
Able to demonstrate:
Knowledge of secretarial duties
Knowledge of MS Office package
