To assist in the effective implementation, coordination, maintenance and continual improvement of the SABN’s Integrated Management system, the IMS (Quality and SHE Management Systems).

Main Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Provides effective support for the establishment and review of IMS system
  • Coordinate SHE and Quality audits
  • Management of the document Management System
  • Safety, Health, Environment and Quality
  • Continuous improvement
  • Monitoring and measuring equipment calibration
  • Safety, Health, Environment and Quality

The Preferred Candidate is likely to have:

  • National Diploma (Chemistry or any related discipline in science)
  • Total Quality Management Certificate
  • Systems Auditing Certificate (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)
  • 2 – 3 years Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of all relevant Legislation and Regulatory frameworks within this area of work.
  • ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 OHSAS 18001:2007
  • Systems auditing (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001)
  • Pareto Analysis
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Problem analysis and solving skills
  • Communication and reporting
