A successful financial services company based in the Northern Suburbs is seeking to employ an experienced Offshore Account Administrator to join their team. The main function of this role is the opening and administration of offshore investment accounts on a major International platform. The role will involve administrative duties and client interaction.
Assisting in management of normal and life wrapper account structures (includes but not limited to opening accounts, loading deposits and withdrawals, stock transfers, statement queries, invoicing)
Technical assistance for admin related queries on accounts.
Billing & Invoice related activities.
Coordinate & follow-up with multiple teams including clients and service providers.
Meet time deadlines for accounts.
Fica requirements of new accounts.
Skills and Requirements:
Relevant BCom Degree.
Relevant market experience.
Proficient in MS office.
Experience in stockbroking or financial services industry.
Excellent understanding of account management roles and responsibilities.
Understanding of Fica / Compliance will be beneficial.
Analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to follow through processes to closure.
Excellent oral, written communication skills, good presentation skills with a focus on effective information dissemination.
Excellent sense of ownership.
Attention to detail.
Must be able to perform well under pressure.
