MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
As an operations administrator you are responsible for the overall management of the administrative function for the operations department in an efficient and professional way.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Matric
- Excellent Communication Skills (English and Afrikaans)
- Computer literacy essential (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
Job Description:
- Compiling of operational reports: Weekly & Monthly
- Maintain AR headcount – includes promotions, termination, staff requisitions, etc.
- Delegate correspondence or telephone calls when appropriate
- Assist Area Managers/Training Instructors with ad hoc tasks as and when required
- Ensure disciplinary documentation received is captured on the HR Manage system
- Ensure all payroll deadlines are met and all documentation submitted accurately
- Ensure daily BPSI reports are pulled and submitted to the Inland Operations Manager
- Any and all adhoc duties requested by managers
- Being back up for the Easy Roster administrator and checking to make sure all rosters are correct before exports run monthly.
- Ensure weekly reports from Easy Roster, and weekly reports from Listener are done on time.
- Compilation of Bonuses and Awards monthly
- Processing of Promotions, Transfers, terminations, level increases etc.
- Receive and investigate client complaints
- Ensure non-occurrence of same problems
- Give full feedback to clients where necessary
- Daily, weekly, monthly reports
- Time sheets
- Maintain staff levels and productivity
