MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

As an operations administrator you are responsible for the overall management of the administrative function for the operations department in an efficient and professional way.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Matric
  • Excellent Communication Skills (English and Afrikaans)
  • Computer literacy essential (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook)

Job Description:

  • Compiling of operational reports: Weekly & Monthly
  • Maintain AR headcount – includes promotions, termination, staff requisitions, etc.
  • Delegate correspondence or telephone calls when appropriate
  • Assist Area Managers/Training Instructors with ad hoc tasks as and when required
  • Ensure disciplinary documentation received is captured on the HR Manage system
  • Ensure all payroll deadlines are met and all documentation submitted accurately
  • Ensure daily BPSI reports are pulled and submitted to the Inland Operations Manager
  • Any and all adhoc duties requested by managers
  • Being back up for the Easy Roster administrator and checking to make sure all rosters are correct before exports run monthly.
  • Ensure weekly reports from Easy Roster, and weekly reports from Listener are done on time.
  • Compilation of Bonuses and Awards monthly
  • Processing of Promotions, Transfers, terminations, level increases etc.
  • Receive and investigate client complaints
  • Ensure non-occurrence of same problems
  • Give full feedback to clients where necessary
  • Daily, weekly, monthly reports
  • Time sheets
  • Maintain staff levels and productivity
