Job Description
Our client specializes in buying and supplying chemicals and they require an Operations Administrator on a 6-month contract basis with the option to extend based on business requirements. Based in KyaSand, Randburg
Key Requirements:
• Strong computer and MS Office skills required
• Non-smoker
• Minimum Matric with minimum ‘B’ symbol in Mathematics
• Have an interest in a career in the import/export of chemicals
• Perform customer costings and quotations
• Accept customer orders and place supplier orders
• Process customer and supplier invoices
• Complete all required regulatory documentation for the export of products
• Research products and suppliers
• Maintain product and contact databases
• Provide general office administration function including typing
• Consult with Senior Management on any issues experienced
