  • The purpose of this role is to perform accurate and timeous administrative duties for associated Senior Management
  • Supporting Senior Management by managing the office
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, and filing
  • Maintaining diaries
  • Organizing meetings
  • Arranging appointments
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Travel Management
  • Consolidation of Sales and Aftersales monthly reports from General Managers
  • Maintain a safe working environment (according to safety policy and procedures)
  • Ad-hoc marketing and human capital related duties
  • Effective self-management and performance ownership
  • Adherence to any reasonable instruction
