Job Description
Role purpose:
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the business administration and project support function within the office of a Managing Executive in the Fibre Planning department. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for this office.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Acting as a point of contact among executives, employees, clients and external partners
Manage, coordinating calendar of executives - Email and Diary management of Executive
- Minute taking
- Prepare all documents and materials necessary for all committee and Board of Directors / Exco meetings (dates/attendee list/logistics/catering)
- Provide administrative support to the rest of the teams reporting to the CEO
- Monthly reporting
- Data Capturing

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Minimum Qualification:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent
- Minimum Experience and Skillset
- Computer Literate (including Tablet, Mobile App proficiency.)
- Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel)
- Ability to analyse data
- Ability to generate a report
- Good communicator
- 1-2 Year’s experience in an administrative role
Duration:
The position is a 3-month temporary position and will be reviewed for an extension for another 6 months contract after the first 3 months and dependant on workload.
Remuneration:
Cost to Company: R 10 000.00 – R 16 000. 00 per month based on experience
Start Date/ Period:
Immediately
