Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, friendly and fully bilingual Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at our Polokwane/Pietersburg Branch, to assist with walk- in clients and administrative duties.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Manage the switchboard
  2. Assist with all walk-in clients
  3. General Administration
  4. Attendance of weekly meetings
  5. Filing and ordering of stationary

Experience, Qualifications and skills required:

  • Grade 12
  • Previous Reception/Administrative experience will be advantageous
  • Computer literate
  • No criminal record
  • Outgoing and friendly personality under pressure

Further requirements:

  • Preferably reside in and around Polokwane with own reliable transport and valid Drivers License
  • Must be able to start early 2022
