Recruiter / HR Administrator – Eastern Cape

The above position is available at East London. Reporting to the

  • – Branch Manager
  • – Regional HR / IR Manager
  • – Personnel Manager

the purpose of this position is to ensure a professionally and efficiently run of the HR Dept at all times.

 

Minimum Requirements:

Ø   Matric qualification and at least 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position

Ø  Good language proficiency

Ø  Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ø  Diplomacy and tact when interacting with both internal and external people

Ø  Good telephone etiquette is required

Ø  Good organisational skills

Ø  Computer literacy – Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook

Ø  Good multi-tasking abilities

Ø  Recruitment Back-ground

Key areas of responsibilities:

Ø  Filling

Ø  Preparation of Files for New Recruits & CCMA Cases

Ø  Assisting HR Group Employees and Managers

Ø  Scanning & Uploading on to HR System

Ø  Payroll Orders / Allowance / Bonus

Ø  Petty Cash

Ø  Loan Applications

Ø  Terminations / Prospercare Claims / Provident Fund Claims / UI19

Ø  Assist with recruitment
