Job Description
We’re searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join one of our expanding division. The applicant should understand the full recruitment cycle and must provide proven track record.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build & maintain relationships with prospective individuals that requires our support to find new or better employment opportunities
- Work with internal Sales, Management and Account Manager teams to have full visibility in terms of our client requirements around the candidates and talent pool
- Engage with candidates in a professional manner by communicating information and providing feedback timeously
- Attract suitable candidates by creating adverts and ‘thinking out the box’ methods to source talent
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate interviews
- Maintain and manage recruitment database
- Client Acquisition and Business development
- Meeting revenue targets
- Refining and continuously improving the onboarding experience of new talent
- Identify and promote top reasons why employees stay with our company to attract potential candidates
Skills Required
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter
- Advanced knowledge of talent sourcing techniques
- Good understanding of labour relations
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
- Ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
- Good time-management
- Solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle
Desired Experience and Qualifications
- Recruitment Agency experience

- Excellent Verbal and written communication
Salary : Market Related + Commission
