Introduction The incumbent will be responsible for all inbound sales activities and all outbound sales marketing within the global DFC customer Portfolio. This is an out-come based portfolio responsible for invoiced Sales, Planning and Production Promise Dates, Lead-Time oversight, week by week progress measurement of jobs with Operations, all to ensure the movement of inventory/Orders out of dispatch and Invoiced OTIF and RTFT.

Specification KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):

Responsible for the provision of an effective Sales Support Management function:
Global Customer’s Portfolio
•Support to the global customer base (Global includes all Middle East & Africa channel partners & the wholly owned International businesses
•Support to the DFC KAMS
•Familiarity and understanding of the global DFC customer opportunities and needs
•Relationship building with Internal supply chain & the global DFC customer base
•Pricing and Price Lists per global customer
•Cross Product knowledge to service all inbound requests
•Issuing Quotes and Follow-up with KAMS & customers on all issued quotes
•Chasing up of and Draw-down of Back Order Book
•Order intake processing
•Buy-out order management, processing and expediting
•Ex-Works supplier relationship management
•Allocating, picking & invoicing
•Lead-time Management and communications to customer via the management of order acknowledgements
•Order loading and weekly production planned outputs receipted into FG stock, both customers works orders and stock orders
•Stock conversions
•GRAN Processing
•Quality Management and Technical Input and communications where required

Contract Management
•Price Lists by customer – ensuring and validating correct discounts by customer
•Special Pricing Agreements in place
•Quotation Price, Quotation Terms, Quotation lead-time accuracy in line with planners
•Correct use of Quote Register
•Document management Including POD’s
•Administration
•Daily reports
•Debtor Management

Outbound Marketing
•Follow up on Quotations
•Line of Sight of FG to System outputs

Requirements ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
